A message from DHS

The Bureau of Children’s Services (BCS) at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) provides technical assistance to contracted program partners to support effective program operations. Program partners can access this support through the BCS Technical Assistance Center (TAC). The BCS TAC is inclusive of all children’s programs overseen by BCS, including the Birth to 3 Program, and supports a holistic system of care for children with disabilities in Wisconsin.

The Technical Assistance Center (TAC) can be accessed via email or phone:

Phone: 608-267-6767

Technical assistance requests submitted to the TAC are reviewed and assigned to the appropriate personnel. All submissions are tracked and may inform future technical assistance activities or additional resources.
